In my role as Community Manager, I’ve curated a growth roadmap for communities across diverse domains - HR, Applied Finance, UI/UX, and Product Management. Our goal? To become an indispensable resource for anyone seeking to connect, learn, and grow within these fields. I have championed an upskilling agenda, bridging the gap between complex theories and practical knowledge, extending from AI Prompt Engineering to Core Domain Concepts. Our community's calendar brims with a wide array of initiatives including case study challenges, designathons, quizzes, and workshops - all meticulously designed to boost learning and engagement. I also championed member-led sessions, empowering our community members to take the spotlight. To ensure no one misses a beat, I've orchestrated a comprehensive Notion Repository, a repository that serves as a catch-up tool and a look-forward guide for all members, new and seasoned. I’m in the process and on verge of making this motto happen “We are not just a community; we're a thriving ecosystem of learning and growth.”

In my role as a Growth Marketing and Marketing Communications Associate, I shared the responsibility of supervising and executing the development and launch of innovative marketing campaigns. These campaigns were co-curated with esteemed brands such as Mananalu, Earth Animal, Pley Beauty, Ocean Bottle, among others. One of my key responsibilities was spearheading hygiene checks for the organization’s clientele to ensure industrial compliance. Additionally, I took charge of conducting extensive market research, managing contact generation, and handling vendor management for high-profile events like NPE West’ 22, GPE’ 22, Circularity’ 22, Shop Talk, and SPC Impact. I also ran HubSpot cadences and workflows for OEM's, targeting B2B prospects. My responsibilities further extended to managing leads generated from event marketing and performing data hygiene checks.
