Hey there! I’m Nihal, your Neighborhood Community Man. My journey began at Make A Difference, where I learned that building a community is like making a great curry—it's all about the right ingredients and a little bit of simmering to create those meaningful experiences!
At Spotify, I helped over 250 budding podcasters find their voice. You could say I was their “audio therapist”—because who doesn’t need someone to help them finding their voice? Then, at Masters' Union, I turned a small group into a bustling community of over 2,000 members in just 90 days. It was like watching a social media influencer grow overnight—minus the trendy songs!
I’ve also shaken things up with Punchayat, where over 1,000 options traders gather to share wins, vent losses, and learn from each other. Think of it as a support group for traders of dalal street—just with fewer chai and vada pavs and more charts!
I’ve also orchestrated campaigns for Sid’s Farm, reaching over 50,000+ families in Hyderabad. So whether it’s digital or grassroots, I believe in the magic of community to transform lives—kind of like how coffee transforms Monday mornings! And that’s my superpower! What inspires you?
