Community-Led Growth & Marketing
- Built 12,000+ loyal customers community in 5 months purely through community building across 10 premium Bangalore neighborhoods, using partnerships with existing communities and category marketing strategies
- Developed complete GTM strategy from concept to scale, growing from 0 to 18,000+ lifetime customers and 2000+ OPDs through community-driven acquisition, referral marketing, retention programs, Cafe, Corporate Marketing/Partnerships and OOH advertising campaigns
- Launched new stores and cafe operations with pre-buzz community marketing, SCM, Orders Management, polygon mapping for delivery expansion, corporate partnerships, and sell-side marketing to maximize market penetration
- Scaled Category Penetration across regions to increase the AOV from 400 INR to 800+ INR
- Managed end-to-end customer operations including experience resolution, supply chain management, festive campaigns, subscription services, and slotted delivery to ensure smooth business growth
- Led product development and market research through early access programs, beta testing with community users, and feedback collection to improve services and guide business decisions

As Community & Brand Partnerships Manager, I streamlined BTL event strategies for better lead acquisition and brand visibility with goal in mind of reducing the CAC to 600 INR from 1500 INR, and also creating a matrix to evaluate event opportunities and partnerships for maximized ROI. I led the execution of a 25L+ INR campaign called Buffalo Milk Sampling (BMS) in Hyderabad, sampling to 50,000+ families, significantly boosting brand recognition. I’ve handled everything from content creation and curation of the marketing collateral that would go along with the sample and we’ve made it entirely into a newspaper format which actually having it printed on newspaper material GSM to give the actual texture and feel.
I was also working on developing a unique partnership model with premium schools under the Milkology umbrella, educating families on dairy science through interactive sessions. Additionally, I successfully organized 20+ sponsorships & events like HCL Cyclathon, Gated Society Events, and India Bake Show, etc., for lead acquisition.
I also forged co-branding partnerships with premium cafes such as True Black, Nannayya, etc., and fine dining establishments to promote various SKUs, creating a new marketing and lead generation channel. In collaboration with co-working spaces, I introduced a strategy to engage their residents, establishing a new visibility and lead inflow pipeline. Also conducted user research for the New Product team to understand their TG better for the launch of breakfast cereals.
Proof of Work:
- Executed a 25L+ INR Campaign that reached over 50,000+ families in Hyderabad, utilizing BTL retargeting events to drive brand recall and awareness.
- Successfully onboarded 734 families through a single campaign, generating a total recharge value of 8L+ INR and resulting in a revenue of 19.75L INR.
- Developed a strategy to capture 10% market share in West Hyderabad by targeting gated societies with geofenced ads, BTL weekend events, and branding activations, while partnering with MyGate for interactive physical signages and CTAs to engage the local audience.
- Managed 20+ Sponsorships for prominent events like HCL Cyclathon, Gated Society Events, FoodStories Store Launch (in-store engagement touchpoints), and the India Bake Show, driving lead acquisition and brand visibility.
- Developed the Milkology Campaign in premium schools, educating families about the benefits of dairy, creating a unique partnership model for deeper engagement.
- Co-branded with Cafes , co-working spaces and Fine Dining Outlets, forging new partnerships to create effective lead acquisition channels while promoting various product SKUs.
